HANGZHOU, China - Driven by continuous feedback from global tape manufacturers, Weshare's production and R&D team recently completed targeted process optimization for tape-grade glassine release paper. This upgrade aims to solve two common industrial technical pain points: brittle tearing during high-speed slitting and abnormal adhesion causing difficult separation between tape and liner. With quantified physical indicators and standardized production parameters, the factory effectively improved batch stability and terminal yield rate, strictly complying with E-E-A-T industrial manufacturing standards.

Main Technical Pain Points in Actual Tape Production
In traditional release paper production, unstable base paper toughness and uncontrolled silicone coating often cause irreversible losses for downstream tape factories. Excessively low tensile strength leads to paper breakage during high-speed die-cutting; uneven silicone coating results in either too tight peeling or light release offset, leaving glue residue on the liner and damaging the adhesive layer of industrial tapes.

After the technical rectification, all production lines adopted unified temperature control, coating metering and tension calibration systems. The batch performance deviation of finished release paper is controlled within ±5%, which greatly reduces the defective rate caused by physical performance inconsistency. For single-sided and double-sided industrial adhesive tapes, the optimized glassine liner achieves zero residue, stable peeling and high tensile resistance during long-term rolling storage.
"Data-driven production is the core of Weshare's quality control", said the production engineer. "We do not modify production blindly. Every upgrade is based on terminal application pain points, verified by laboratory tensile testers, peeling force meters and coating thickness gauges. All data is traceable for every production batch".
At present, the upgraded tape-grade release paper has been officially put into mass production. Weshare will continue to collect feedback from overseas tape manufacturers, optimize physical parameters for different climate zones and adhesive formulas, and provide high-compatibility release liner solutions for the global adhesive industry.
