Process of DTF (Direct to Film for transfer) Printing

Design Creation: The artwork is first developed digitally using professional design software, allowing for high-resolution images, detailed patterns, and vibrant color combinations.

Film Printing: The design is then printed onto a specialized transparent film using a DTF printer with pigment-based inks, ensuring excellent adhesion and color accuracy.

Adhesive Application: A layer of adhesive powder (primer) is evenly applied to the printed design. This step is crucial as it enables strong bonding between the ink and the fabric.

Heat Transfer Process: The printed film is positioned onto the fabric with the printed side facing down. Using a heat press machine, controlled temperature and pressure are applied, allowing the ink to bond effectively with the fabric surface.

Film Removal: Once the pressing process is complete and cooled, the film is carefully peeled off, leaving a clean, durable, and vibrant design transferred onto the fabric.
